You need to agree to our TOS before youre able to order a commission

You must be 18 or older to commission you will be asked to show ID. If you are 16 or older you may commission with parent signature, ID, and under their bank account, name, and email only.​

If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

health warning: I do own both cats and dogs. I do fully disinfect every suit before I send them out but please keep this in mind

1. GENERAL TERMS

- Prices are subject to change based on demand.

-I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable making for any reason.

-I will not do deadlines or rush orders. I am fairly fast with work already. That being said please let me know if there’s a convention coming up that you’d like your suit for. Let me know at least 4 months in advance or when you send payment as I have other commissions to prioritize as well.

2. PAYMENT

-Currency is USD and can only be paid through an emailed invoice

-Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or we can discuss a payment plan

-Absolutely no refunds after the down payment is sent. Only commission me if youre good on money or have money set aside for emergency's.

-Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

-payment plans cannot extend more than 4 payments max. Unless your suit is $3000 or more then payment plans will be discussed further

-DO NOT send me multiple payments a week. Only send me a certain amount of money on the invoiced scheduled dates agree.​​

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

-The time it takes to finish your commission varies 4 weeks - 5 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.

-If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

-Once the suit is finished you will receive a box of the suit delivered to your home address. I am not responsible for any damage to the suit once it leaves my hands.

-suits come with a month warranty. I will fix any popped seams or anything that has been broken. unless the suit has been used incorrectly or not been taken care of well.​

-Once commissions start ill normally take 4-5 slots at a time at that time you'll begin payment. If you are not one of the 5 then you'll be placed in the waiting list. You wont pay anything until you are in the queue.

4. REVISIONS ​

-While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!

-During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress. You may ask for any changes during these stages only. Any changes wanted after certain stages will have a fee.

-A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final suit- unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

-If your reference is unclear to start with you will not be picked to have a suit commissioned unless a clear reference is provided.

5. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

-The buyer is not allowed a refund once payment is sent. Therefore I will not hold any of the money I am sent, I have bills to pay and I cannot refund you whenever you want.

-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

-suits will only be shipped out after it has been 100% payed for

-if you didn't finish a payment and I don't hear from you after the suit is finished then after two to three weeks I will have to have the suit listed to be sold AND i will not be able to refund anything unless talked about it before hand (if its of your character then things on the suit will be changed)
